Refund Policy

CJ Success Team LLC has a "30 Day No-Questions Asked 100% Money Back" refund policy on all of our products.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase and request a refund. You must open a service ticket with the Support Desk in order to obtain your refund.

We will process your refund request immediately with no questions asked, and a credit for the full amount of the original transaction will appear on your credit card statement within 4-5 business days. Staff members issuing refunds may survey customers regarding issues or problems they may have encountered using our products. Surveys assist us in the ongoing process to maintain and upgrade our products, for quality assurance.

CJ Success Team LLC reserves the right to ban future sales to any businesses or individuals who ask for frequent refunds without justifiable reasons, in our opinion and at our discretion, for such requests. Such bans may be enforced via customer name, address, email address, and / or payment method used. (Please note, we do not store your payment information, but we do store all relevant information regarding refund processing. This is done to prove to credit agencies that a valid refund has been issued to the customer.)

For faster service, if you need technical assistance, or have issues or questions regarding a product purchase we must request that you use our Support Desk link to open a service ticket.
